INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE
Our on site services are wide ranging…. We are able to fully install all the systems we provide, either on site at the end user, or at source point for the machine in question.
This is accomplished by our own engineers, or where required a team of specially selected subcontractors, covering the whole UK. We offer full testing and assessment of workholding equipment utilising the latest in test equipment, and can supply spares, replacements or alternative solutions to rectify your problems.
We can offer a comprehensive Preventative Maintenance Programme (PMP) for your chucks and chucking cylinders to ensure your machines stay running safely, and stock a wide range of specialist lubricants, greases and assembly pastes for smooth and efficient running of chucks
REPAIRS
We can offer a full repair service on chucks and cylinders in our own well equipped workshop. For more complex repairs on items such as Rotary Tables, CNC Driven Tooling etc, we offer a return to works service, and in some instances a service exchange
Keeping the wheels of industry turning. Regardless of age and manufacturer, we are able to source spares worldwide, and can often find those elusive parts long since made obsolete.
In the case where items are deemed beyond repair, a full report will be issued, and a direct or near equivalent will be offered.We undertake repair of: Manual Chucks, Power Chucks, Cylinders, Collet Chucks, Collets, Revolving Centres, Facedrivers, Expanding Mandrels, Steadyrests, Driven Toolholders, Static Holders, Milling Cutters & Lathe or Tools (Reclamation)
DESIGN
In house design utilising the latest in CAD technology on side by side stations ensures the “right first time” approach to all our special projects.
We can provide design service only if required, however our price for Special product complete includes design, making us highly competitive.
Our Design department specialises in: Special Chucks, Chuck Adaptors & Connectors, Ejector Mechanisms, Special Jaws, Special Fixtures, Special Manual Steadyrests, Bracketry for Hydraulic Steadys, Special Mandrels, Mandrels, Inspection Jigs
MACHINING
With 12 CNC and an array of conventional machines on site, we are able to back up our innovative designs with precise manufacture of Jigs and Fixtures, Special tooling, Fixture components, Chuck Jaws and Adaptation parts and much more.
We are also able to reverse engineer components such as obsolete spare parts to help keep your machines running
