POPULAR STANDARDS

Most modern CNC lathes come equipped with Kitagawa power chucks. We are able to supply a complete range of Soft and Hard Jaws, plus tee nuts for these chucks from stock – and at highly competitive prices!

Our multiple sourcing policy means that a wide range of Blank Jaw sizes is always readily available – whether you require extra height, width, aluminium jaws, or full wrap round – we have the answer.

Quentes Clamping Inserts (above) are a composite Clamping Insert, suitable for machining insitu. The Fibreglass insert offers a high coefficient of friction, avoiding surface marking of sensitive components. This system can be adapted to all chuck types

A range of Base Jaws is available ex-stock for Wedge Bar type Quick Change Chucks from SMW, Berg, Forkardt, Rohm, Schunk and Kitagawa. These offer substancial savings on the manufacturers list prices. The quality of these jaws is excellent, as with all Schunk products.

Pendulum Jaws – these are used where thin-walled components are needed to be held securely – whilst reducing the deformation under clamping to an absolute minimum. These Jaws would normally be considered as specials, however Schunk offer a fantastic range “off the shelf”
